MVZ stands for Medical Care Center. Medical care centers are facilities for outpatient medical care - like a specialist practice - in which doctors of the same or different specialties work together under one roof.
The MVZ is responsible for the outpatient treatment and care of patients. In addition, it forms a very efficient interface between outpatient and inpatient treatment and thus improves the transitions between these areas. The close integration enables patients to receive all-round care, with short distances and a smooth exchange of information.

In our MVZ, we offer comprehensive orthopaedic services with our experienced specialists. The medical specialty of orthopaedics deals with the prevention, development, detection and treatment of health disorders of the musculoskeletal system. Orthopaedic diseases can affect bones, joints, tendons and muscles. These include inflammations, tumors, degenerative changes (e.g. osteoarthritis) as well as injuries (bone fractures and injuries to ligaments, muscles and tendons).
